One-Off Bookings

If you would like to book a pitch for a single date you can do this up to 14 days in advance by contacting the pitch venue directly.  Please see our list of pitches below for contact details.

Serial Lets

New for 2024

• We’ve enhanced our booking process through a new online form allowing you to request any of NLC’s pitches in one simple process and eliminating delays caused by follow up checks.

• All serial lets are now paid via direct debit, allowing any bookings for the previous month to be paid in one simple automatic fee

• Serial Lets will now be exempt from our Mid Season price increase in April meaning the price you are quoted at the beginning of your annual let will remain the same until the end of the let period

• To ensure grass roots footballers are able to continuing playing within our community for as long as possible we have raised the junior age from under 16 to under 18 to allow more teams to benefit from our junior rates for longer

• Our Cancellation policy for training lets* has been updated to 14 days advance notice to encourage early cancellation and allow other users to book pitches that are not in use. Late cancellation will result in the following fees:

• 7-13 days advance notice: £10.00 fee

• Under 7 days notice: Full cost of the booking will be charged.

  Please cancel early to avoid any unnecessary charges and allow others to use the pitch

*Match day let cancellations must be paid by 12pm the Tuesday before the weekend match. Any unpaid match day let will be removed and made available to other bookees after this cut off.
