Now that the summer BBQs and garden parties are over for another year, it's time to start thinking about getting ready for Christmas party season. 

 
Sign up to our 6 week Advent Abs package and with our help, you'll be looking and feeling your best just in time for the festivities. Running from 21st October- 9th December.

 

 What’s Included in your package:

• One 60 minute 1 to 1 session every week

• One fantastic healthy recipe book

• Nutrition Booklet explaining the benefits of flexible dieting

*Participant will select instructor each session via the app or through reception.

Everyone who enters will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a years free membership

 

How much does it cost?

Members - £60

Non-members - £120

Bookings Open - Monday 7th October

Start Date - Monday 21st October

End Date - Sunday 9th December

There will be 6 x 1 hour sessions over a 6 week period. Multiple sessions can be used in the same week and all must be used by Sunday 9th December.

Each week you will book your session in via the Active NL app
