More Information

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAMME INVOLVE (What happens during the class, what they do each week?)

Our dance camps will incorporate learning different dance styles and routines. Participants will also have the opportunity to choreograph their own routines.

Throughout the week in our Musical Theatre Camps, children get the chance to develop their dancing, acting and singing skills by working on scenes from plays as well as taking part in drama games and exercises. Children work towards an end of week performance where the parents/guardians are welcome to come along and watch what the children have been working on.

WHAT SPECIFIC SKILLS WILL THE PARTICIPANT LEARN?

As well as getting fitter and mastering new style and techniques; our camps can improve participants confidence, communication skills and teamwork.

As well as mastering new acting, singing and dancing skills, our camps can improve your child’s confidence, communication skills and teamwork as the children have the opportunity to work alongside others in drama activities.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAMME?

Learn new skills, meet new friends and have fun in a fun, safe environment

Children get the opportunity to express a side to themselves that we never get to see through acting and performing. Additionally, we have such supportive coaches who will ensure the children are encouraged to learn new skills, meet new friends and most importantly have fun in a friendly, safe environment.

DO THEY NEED TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT? IF SO, WHAT?

All equipment will be provided

WHAT SHOULD THEY WEAR?

Something comfortable that the child can move in e.g. leggings/joggers, t-shirt, trainers/jazz shoes.

ANY ADDITIONAL RELEVANT INFORMATION?

The programme is for all abilities. Please bring plenty of water/refillable bottle and also a packed lunch with snacks for during the day.
