Aqua Aerobics is a water based class that combines aerobics and conditioning moves. The fact that you are exercising in the water makes it very low so no impact on the joints. This can be a challenging class and appeals to all age groups and physical activity levels.

Active Age Aerobics

Active Age Aerobics is designed to meet the needs of people that are new to exercise, recovering from injury or require lower intensity and low impact training or over 50 years of age. 

Active Age Aerobics is a great fat-burning class combining aerobic exercise with stretching and strength-training routines, which will improve your general level of fitness.
